Groovy? Her name is Groovy?

Gracie and Pyper met a new friend at preschool. They were both so excited about becoming friends with her. When I asked them her name, they said her name is Groovy. I said, "Are you sure? I've never heard Groovy as a name before." They replied, "Yes, her name is Groovy."
One day, as I was dropping the kids off at preschool in the morning, they got all excited and said, "There's Groovy!" I just had to go check this mom out. What type of parents name their child Groovy? So I said hello and as the kids were talking, I asked the mom what her daughters name was. I wanted it first hand. She said, "Oh, that is Ruby."

When Kimball was in 5th grade, he came home one day and told me there was a new boy in his class named Colon. I giggled and told him that "colon" was the name of part of your intestines and no mother would ever name her child that. I suggested maybe his name was Collin...Kimball said no. It turns out Kimball was right, the boy's name was Cullen.

Either Delaney or Emmy had a girl in their Kindergarten class who they thought was named Satan. It turned out her name was Blair...
